It is characterized by raspberry notes derived from real raspberry juice (NFC), which combine with a sour and salty base typical of the Gose style. The beer is based on barley malts, wheat malts and wheat flakes, which give it a smooth and full structure. Coriander and salt are also added to beer for flavor balance.
