The beer has a dark, deep color, black liquid with a beige, abundant and fine-grained foam with a long shelf life. The taste is very thick, extremely smooth, with aromas of dessert chocolate, Belgian pralines, mild coffee, toasted malt, roasted sunflower and pumpernickel. In the background, plum jam, raisins, dried figs, cereal coffee and delicate notes of licorice are noticeable. The bitterness is clear, and the alcohol is noble and well-arranged.
